I truly can’t say enough good things about this vet office and the entire staff. From the moment you walk in, you can feel how kind, genuine, and caring everyone is. They don’t just do their jobs, they clearly love what they do, and it shows :) I’ve bee here multiple times and always feel the same about this place. The staff is always so patient, gentle, and reassuring, and they make every visit feel calm and welcoming. Dr. Ganzer is absolutely the best! You can tell he truly cares and takes the time to make sure you understand everything and feel confident about your pet’s care.

Dr. A and the other Vet Technicians were excellent! My anxious doggo was in great care. They made sure to make him feel as comfortable as possible💖 We have tried another vet, and this one is our favorite!

We are new patients -- but when I called to make an appointment, we were immediately treated like ohana. I mentioned our dog, KaLa, had shown a recent increase in the rate of his breathing, and I was told I could be seen in 45 minutes -- could I get there by then? I said, "Of course," and headed out the door with KaLa. When we got to the vet they greeted me by name, despite never having seen me before. We were seen right away. They called KaLa's previous vet and obtained his medical records. They did blood tests, x-rays, and an ultrasound -- all of which seemed sensible, and the reasons for each were explained to me completely beforehand. They needed to sedate KaLa to do the X-rays, so I returned later to pick him up. They'd even trimmed his nails. I am truly amazed -- or, as my British wife would say, gobsmacked. We left our previous vet because they'd been acquired by a mainland company and suddenly were more like VCA -- into fees, fees, and more fees. I am delighted I called Oahu Veterinary Clinic. (BTW, I used ChatGPT to find them -- I put my "requirements" for a vet into ChatGPT -- such as universities where vets graduated, a thorough analysis of online reviews, etc. -- and Oahu was ChatGTP's first choice.)

I have ZERO complaints! Azuki and I were greeted enthusiastically as we came in the front door, and the vet tech that took us into the exam room and asked about the reason for the visit was an excellent listener and very professional. Dr. Ganzer is "amazing" (in quotes because "amazing" is a word he likes to use, too 😁). Azuki can be difficult if she's frightened, but she remained pretty calm throughout the exam, the result of Dr. Gamzer's skill and non-threating demeanor and that of the vet tech who assisted him. I've been taking my bunnies to Dr. Kaya for over 20 years and trust him completely. I chose to see Dr.Ganzer for this visit because I thought he might have to surgically remove Azuki's cyst, and I wasn't sure if Dr. Kaya would want to perform the surgery (Dr. Ganzer did Azuki's spay surgery). It's such a relief knowing that when Azuki gets sick, I now have 2 vets I trust. I am so grateful for you all!

I heard so many good things about Dr. Ganzer that I just had to take my new pup to him. Everything was great from initial contact, visit and follow up. Dr. Ganzer is so kind, patient and has a nice sense of humor. He answered my many questions and also gave me a lot of information that I needed. I know that Daniel will be under the best of care here. All of his associates are so kind, friendly and patient also. They keep the clinic so clean, bright and welcoming. Parking is no problem since there's some right in front of the clinic and up the ramp the first 5 stalls to the left. Daniel is a rascal pup and loves it here too, he wanted to give Dr. Ganzer kisses. We are very lucky to find a Great Veterinarian and staff that really cares about the animals and their owners.
