Iamani was very kind and helpful and took care of me. Thank you to Dr Burkert as well. Can’t wait to see my new smile🥰 Update ! I’m back again ! I had a wonderful experience with Iamani, the RDA who assisted with taking impressions for my new dentures. She was incredibly attentive throughout the entire process—gentle, patient, and very thorough in making sure everything felt comfortable. Her calm and friendly approach helped ease any nerves I had, and she took the time to explain each step so I always knew what was happening. I’m truly excited about my new smile, and I’m grateful to have had someone as caring and professional and experienced as Iamani and Dr Burkert helping me along the way. Her and Dr Burkerts dedication made a big difference, and I highly recommend this office to anyone needing dental care!
I recently came in for a tooth extraction with Doctor Burkert before thanksgiving and had a great experience thanks to the wonderful dental assistant Iamani who supported me throughout the procedure. She was incredibly attentive from the moment I sat down, checking in on my comfort levels and making sure the nitrous was adjusted just right to help with my anxiety. Im grateful for the compassion and the skill set they both displayed. I would recommend this office to anyone.
This office has been one of the best ones I’ve ever been to! I’ve been with Dr. Marneni since high school and the quality of her staff and their customer service hasn’t changed in almost 15 years! I got a cleaning done by Ken today and I couldn’t stop laughing! He’s funny, gentle, kind, and knowledgeable. I had some nerves about getting my cleaning done, and with all of his humor and knowledge the service was a breeze. Definitely recommend coming here!
My experience was exceptional! Dr.Burkert was very knowledgeable and kind. She explained everything to me and made me feel so confident about moving forward and correcting my smile. Now let me tell you about Nancy my Dental Assistant she was extremely supportive and kind! Her bedside manner is TopTier! She moved seamlessly throughout my appointment with X-rays and continued to make me feel comfortable! I highly recommend making Oak Heights tour dental home! Thank you guys so much!!😊
Iamani was amazing! I was super nervous about the numbing cream because of the needle. But she talked to me (and reminded me to breathe lol). She played the music I wanted (Olivia Dean - man I need) and all her efforts weren't in vain. I was super relaxed and calm. I will continue coming back to this amazing team. Everyone I met was accommodating and easy to work with. 10/10 I recommend
