I honestly can’t believe that a shop with such a level of rudeness towards customers exists in England. I hope you will be held accountable for the large number of negative reviews people have left. The general opinion is that you need a polite, customer-focused team — just take a look at the other reviews

⭐ Updated Version – Professional but very clear Very disappointing experience. I visited the store today to purchase a limited-edition sneaker that was advertised as one pair per customer. A staff member told me the model was “sold out”, however I am certain this was not true, as right in front of me they sold two pairs of the exact same model to another customer moments later. This was clearly dishonest and extremely unfair, and unfortunately gave me the impression of discriminatory treatment. When I then tried to purchase a different pair, both a young female and a young male staff member were unhelpful, dismissive, and showed no interest in assisting me. This is not the level of professionalism expected from a store selling limited and premium sneakers.

This store got WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. JUST AVOID. The lady here got no respect to customer and didn’t listen a word when you talking to her. There must be better place to buy trainers than here.

Malachi was so helpful yesterday. I wanted to try on 2 pairs or trainers and he got them so quickly, he was happy to answer any questions and had a lovely smile on his face. In the end I ended up buying the sambas. He was very knowledgeable and explained that I may need a suede eraser because of the front shoe material. Overall a very positive experience! Malachi‘s amazing customer service definitely pushed the sale across the line!

Brought theese trainers from offspring Birmingham branch inside selfridges Less then 24 hours ago I put them on today wore them for around 30 min and noticed a massive indent in the front of the shoe I phoned up the store to tell them about my bad product they had sold me got into a heated discussion with the guy on the phone ( no name was given to me ) and he hung up, I drove 30 min from my warehouse back to my house to get the receipt box and bag drove 45 min back into Birmingham city centre got to the store wearing the trainers as I had them on when noticed the dent and just wanted a exchange , the guy told me he would send them back to Nike ( who I didn’t purchase off ) and get back to me in ten days I nearly choked on thin air I told him no way I want it sorted now, the guy the ring security who was on my side and could see exactly what I was sayin the shoe was faulty In the end the store worker and his staff memeber knew they had no chance but to exchange as I was not leaving untill it was sorted the item was faulty and I know my rights I own my own retail business and me nor none of my staff members could ever treat a customer like that, terrible customer service terrible experience, STAY WELL AWAY , I am a trainer freak own over 100 pairs and I’ve never had issues like this and if I have they get corrected straight away . Thanks to the Selfridges security guys who helped me get my stuff swapped 5 star service from your selfs dealt with a irate customer in the correct Mannor just how I would expect my staff to act in the same situation , one loyal customer lost I will never purchase from this company again and I will be for sure letting my wide network of people not to shop with this company either . *******When your items are faulty less then 24 hours retuned they will not help you if they can get away with it ****** All I wanted was a exchange same shoe same size and it took 4 grown men and 30 min to sort!! Disgusting !
