I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! THEY ARE BEYOND RUDE. My son was scheduled for driving lessons and I forgot to reschedule due my father passing. When Cindy called I explained that to her. The first thing she said to me was “I SHOULD HAVE CALLED BECAUSE NOW THEY HAVE TO CHARGE ME.” Are you kidding me??? I’ve never dealt with someone so insensitive. Mind you my son classes and driving lessons were PAID IN FULL!! I asked to speak with the manager or owner & the owner wouldn’t even call me or get on the phone! Instead he had another employee by the name of Bill call me back only to say they could waive one of the missed lessons even though the classes were paid in full! THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!

I do not recommend this place. The instructor was VERY rude, made me feel uncomfortable to drive, gave me anxiety and LITERALLY was being a sarcastic jerk. My mom even noticed how rude he was when she went in with me. After making a driving mistake he literally yelled at me…He sat me in the room after failing me (which is fine, i didn’t mind failing if I wasn’t ready to pass)but had the audacity to tell me to buy their school package because that would be the best option…after being rude to me? Yeah, NO thank you. This was a terrible experience, I advise to avoid this place like the PLAGUE especially if you have really bad anxiety. P.s. i already went through a package with a driving instructor through precision driving but they were sadly booked up for a driving test the day i needed it…I wish I would have spent my money there because the instructors were all VERY kind, informative, didn’t pressure you, didn’t yell and made you feel like you have control. Precision driving will ALWAYS be better over this ghetto place!!

This is a great option for people to improve driving skills and pass written test, driving test and even defensive driving courses. Nash was amazing, very patient, courteous, friendly and professional. He goes above and beyond at his job, this is our first time here but we will gladly recommend this school to damily and friends for driving certs related stuff. I came back and this time my examiner was Bill R. I have to say, I was amazed by his teaching techniques, he focuses on how will this best practice benefit the student and does not have to deal with persuading people after you hear the reasoning and explanation you realize how much better it is and will end up doing it. I could see how experienced he is on what he was doing. He made spending my money with you worthed I would not go anywhere else.

My daughter signed up and paid for the one hour of drive coaching followed by a drive test. We thought this was a good idea, that way the coach could tell her if she's doing things the way that the test administrator will want her to. She has a moderate amount of anxiety, so we wanted to make it as low-key and unstressful as possible. The drive coach was apparently on the phone the entire time she was driving. He told her to do things one way, and when she did them that way on the test, she was told by the test administrator that she did them incorrectly. The drive test administrator turned her around 3 minutes after leaving the lot. Upon returning to the school, he told her to park the car and go in and sit in front of the whiteboard. he then came in and gave her a lengthy lecture, not in a kind way, either. When she started crying, he told her his job wasn't to upset her. I will not be recommending Oklahoma Driving School to any of my friends. I had been told that they were not very kind but I chose not to believe that report. I wish I had heeded the warning and not wasted my money. I'm fairly certain that you can't effectively coach a driver if you're on the phone, and my daughter did not need a stern talking to. I wish I thought asking for my money back would work.

Cindy makes taking care of your most important asset difficult because of her short unreasonable attitude. There was absolutely no reason for her rudeness... Update after driving - I am increasing the rating only because of the driving instructors. Each one we were assigned was helpful with a different aspect of my student's driving. They were personable and kind in correcting. My daughter passed her drive test on the 1st attempt with one additional drive recommended beforehand. She now parallel parks better than I do! Had our first experience with staff not been so negative, I would have loved to recommend as I had the previous 10 years, or since my son last had driver's education there.
