Amazing! I was looking for a place to help me fix a watch band and decided to try Old Town Jewelry based on their website and I’m so glad I did! What a great little store with such friendly staff. Bob the owner was there and he was so nice and helpful. They have an on site jeweler (Jeff) who was able to fix my watch band within 10 minutes and because it was just a bend in the metal - it was no charge! :) They have a wide variety of jewelry: Southwest, modern, estate sale and more. They repair jewelry, will create jewelry with your own stones, prepare appraisals and they offer estate jewelry cataloging. The store is clean, the building is safe and the parking is easy. I will definitely be back! Thank you Bob, Jeff and Trish - you were all so helpful!
I’ve been a customer of Old Town Jewelry for years, and after visiting their new location I’m reminded why! Bob and his team are professional, friendly, and incredibly fast. They repaired my mom’s necklace on the spot, reset my diamond pendant exactly how I wanted by the next day, and even re-plated my daughter’s engagement ring. Everything turned out perfect, and the staff made us feel so welcome (they even remembered my name!). Their new shop is beautiful and their service is unbeatable. Highly recommend!
TL;DR: Friendly staff, expert guidance, and a perfect turquoise ring—my best jewelry shopping experience ever. My experience was intended to be a fun, window-shopping trip alongside—and at the suggestion of—my grandparents. As I first walked into the store, I was greeted by an incredibly helpful and welcoming associate and, later, Bob (owner) himself. They were both exemplary in their customer service, attitude, and knowledge, and they helped me at great length to try and find a piece to match a beautiful turquoise bolo tie I'd recently been gifted. Now, I know very little of the intricacies and nuance of turquoise; Bob was tremendous in his knowledge and his sales associate was very giving of her time in exploring case after case of rings with me. After being egged on by my grandparents, and thanks in no small part to Bob and the other representatives of Old Town Jewelry, I walked away with a ring that is, in my non-expert opinion, stunning in its own right, and beyond that an even better match for my bolo than I anticipated. I could not be happier with the purchase, but even more significant was my overall experience with this incredible establishment. Genuinely, I cannot recommend them enough and I can say with certainty that this was the best shopping experience I've ever had. In short, Old Town Jewelry was such an exceptionally positive experience that here I sit—writing my first ever review of anything—in hopes that others may come to know and benefit from this uniquely beautiful store and its extraordinary people.
Hi Bob!! I received the bracelet you made for me with Finley’s name and it turned out even better than I imagined. It’s very special to me and I just LOVE it! Thanks for putting it together and thank Jeff for making it look beautiful! With your creativity and Jeff’s incredible talent, I always know I will get a beautiful piece of jewelry. So thank you for always seeing my vision and for making it happen. Especially with the pink diamond. Wow!! What a beautiful ring that turned out to be!
