I absolutely love coming here! Everytime I have gone I’ve always gotten exceptional service. Alba and Janahi were so patient and understanding of what I wanted. I got my haircut with Janahi and I appreciated how much she kept me in the loop of what she was doing, how she was cutting it, asking me questions along the way. I’ve gotten services done by Alba as well and what I love is that the both of them care so much of the quality of the haircut and your hair. Never once have I left with damaged bleach hair or an unsatisfied haircut. They also make you feel like a friend and are so easy to talk to! I’ve struggled in the past with different hairstylist about communicating what I want but their warm inviting energies make my experience so much more enjoyable. This is definitely my new go to salon and I will definitely be coming back to Oliver Rose!
I had such a wonderful experience at Oliver Rose Salon today! My stylist, Alba, was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly, listened to exactly what I wanted, and gave me a fantastic cut and style. The whole vibe of the salon was welcoming, and Alba’s attention to detail made me feel so comfortable. I’m thrilled with my new look and will definitely be back! Highly recommend asking for Alba if you’re looking for a top-notch stylist!
Alba was very sweet, and very informative. She answered all my questions and concerns. I loved the outcome of my hair, I was going lighter and she made me aware that there might be a possibility of my hair not going as light as I wanted due to all those years of me dying my hair (boy dye) I had 4 different level of hair color. She would try to see how much my hair could handle with getting damaged. She kept checking my hair every process and I can honestly say she really cared about my hair not getting damaged and knowing when to stop. My hair feels so soft even after being bleached. Will definently be coming back:)
Alba saved my hair! I had a botched dye job at another salon that absolutely fried my hair. I looked like I head-butted an oompa loompa. I sent her the photos and she immediately called me to discuss what I wanted and needed, and then found a day where she could spend 4 hours just on my hair- she even went and bought special supplies to color correct me. Alba did such an amazing job of balancing out that awful neon orange while also not taking it too far and further damaging it. I cannot believe how good it looks now, and honestly the new cut is so much sexier than the one I had asked for. Her price was so so reasonable, especially given how tricky the process was. And I couldn't agree more with the other posts- Alba is such a lovely person. Brave, caring, and possessing an excellent intuition for what her clients need. She's made a life-long client out of me- I'll be flying back to LA just to get my hair done by her.
Contacted Alba about an appointment and she responded very quickly. Went in for my appointment a couple days later, she was so nice and welcoming. The salon was nice and clean. I sent her photos of what I wanted before hand and she did such an amazing job, gave me EXACTLY what I wanted. Loved how attentive she was always making sure I was comfortable during the appointment. Her assistant was also very nice and welcoming, gave me the best hair wash. Felt so relaxing, like I was at a spa. Definitely recommend coming here!
