Nina and Om Pilates are amazing. They’re so welcoming, and the studio really is so suitable for busy people. I struggle getting to classes on a timetable and it’s been a fantastic way to incorporate exercise.
Mia and Adriene are such amazing Pilates instructors! They’re super encouraging, patient, and explain everything so clearly. I always leave class feeling stronger and more confident in my body. The environment they create is positive and comfortable, making every session something I look forward to 🤎
As someone who has been to nearly a dozen Pilates studios, Om Pilates is by far my favorite! The space has been beautifully curated with lots of natural light and a peaceful ambience that promotes wellness. I've very much enjoyed the live classes that I've attended with Mia and Adriene, but I also really appreciate the wide range and accessibility of the digital classes. The flexibility and adaptability of the kiosks is ideal for anyone whose schedule may not permit them to attend live classes or for those who would like to use the amenities at times when most other studios are closed (early in the mornings or later in the evenings). Additionally, I love the massage chairs and look forward to using the sauna soon too! It is so nice to wind down and relax after some movement. For those who already love Pilates and those who are looking to begin their Pilates journey, I could not recommend this studio more highly!
This pilates studio has something for everyone. You can go to a class, use the online kiosk as your instructor for hundreds of different classes including sessions designed for beginners to experts and also injury rehabilitation or just do your own thing. Being open extended hours seven days a week means when you have the time you can just go. The pilates equipment, supporting kiosk and booking software are first class. Most importantly it is a peaceful and calming environment allowing you to just relax and enjoy.
My favourite place to be! It’s probably one of the most affordable Pilates studios on the Gold Coast and one of the most beautiful spaces I’ve been to. I love that you have the option to join a group class or workout on your own. The staff is amazing and super helpful, they really know how to make you feel comfortable in their space. I used to only be able to go to classes 2 times a week, now I go 4-5 times as it’s so flexible!
