I scheduled an appointment for a Saturday at 2pm. Showed up to my appointment 10 minutes early to make sure I had time to use the restroom (I’m about 37 weeks pregnant) and get checked in if needed but the outside door was locked. So I waited outside in 10 degree weather for almost 15 minutes because it was 2:05 by the time someone opened the door for me. She proceeded to ask if I had an appointment to which I responded “yes, at 2pm”. She checked and confirmed that I indeed had an appointment and tried to call the massage therapist that I booked with. She did not answer and I was basically just told “I’ll have someone from management contact you to make this right”. In most cases that would be fine but when you’re approaching your due date as a 4th time mom, rescheduling isn’t always realistic or even desirable. I booked the massage when I had the time to get it and the massage therapist just no called/ no showed and I have yet to get a phone call from Omaha Massage and Healing Arts. I got a text from what I guess was the massage therapist I had booked with but it was very apathetic sounding and passive. I don’t want any free service they offer for wasting my time and truly could not say much good at all about my experience.

Was in town for a wedding recently and bed/pillows available at the rental wrecked my neck. How convenient that I could walk a block down the street for a Craniosacral Therapy massage. The experience was easy to book and my practioner, Kara, was gentle, experienced and helped me get to the wedding in less pain. One note, the business is up a set of steep stairs, so if mobility is an issue for you - now you know.
Definitely thought I was getting scammed when I received a gift card. Turns out awesome people doing their job helping those to revert or reset their muscle tissue or mental status and helping us cope with life. Shout out to Kaitlyn for doing an excellent massage session. Focused on problem areas I had and made me feel comfortable despite my reserves.
Had my first spa day with Venus and I feel absolutely amazing. It felt like she had 4 hands and the strength of an industrial hydraulic press (which I greatly needed for my upper back/neck pain). I could easily tell Venus was educated and skilled in her profession. She explained what I needed to do clearly and gave me plenty of time and space between each session so I could get comfortable. I feel so light and loose. Already have my next massage booked.
