We went to this restaurant to celebrate my son’s 13th birthday, and it was a complete surprise for him. He didn’t know where we were going, and he was absolutely impressed by the show. The chef was amazing so entertaining and talented and the food was delicious. All three of my kids loved the experience. My son even got a chance to spin the wheel and won a $20 Wagyu rebate for our next visit . On top of that, they went the extra mile by giving my son a birthday picture printed in a beautiful card along with a small gift, which made the moment even more special. Our server, was incredibly kind and attentive. She was always on time, checked in on us regularly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. I highly recommend this restaurant for any birthday celebration, especially if you’re celebrating someone special. You won’t be disappointed!
We had an amazing teppanyaki experience at OMO Teppan Kitchen. Our server Christina was fantastic. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Her energy really added to the overall experience. Chef Waru was outstanding. The teppanyaki cooking was fun, interactive, and very engaging, and the food was absolutely amazing. Everything was cooked perfectly, full of flavour, and clearly made with care and skill. Great atmosphere, excellent service, and incredible food. One of the most enjoyable dining experiences we have had in a long time. Highly recommend!
Oh my GOODNESS! What an experience. If you want your teenagers to put down their phones at the dinner table and be mesmerized with glowing smiles the whole time - come to this incredible restaurant! We had the best time celebrating and laughing with chef Alvin as he joked, flung fire (& broccoli🥦😆) and left us all in awe. Our server Grace was so prompt & attentive, and got our orders pertect even when we asked for some modifications. To top it off, some in our party are vegetarian and they have a great "tofu steak" option. With specials every night of the week, you won't regret having your next celebration at OMO :)
Making a reservation is easy through the website, and it is highly recommended. This is the perfect spot for a party. The chef is incredibly engaging and keeps everyone entertained—his cooking performance is truly an art form, and he makes sure no one is left out of the fun. The Wagyu beef was cooked to perfection; it was so juicy it practically melted in my mouth. For my experience, definitely check the prices before ordering. Also, for a high-end restaurant, I would have preferred live lobster and shrimp rather than frozen tails. Overall, a great experience for my family new year dinner!
We had an event here and it was great! The chefs were great not just with adults but with the kids too. Only thing is make sure you time your visit where you'll have time to shower before bed coz the smell would stick to you but that's absolutely expected with teppanyaki or even in korean bbq where there's grilling or cooking right in front of you. The food was great and I need to go back to try their japanese wagyu. Everything was top notch, they have a free spin if it's your birthday and for events, they have many personal touches that makes the celebration even better with keepsakes. Another thing is the staff are all incredibly friendly, social, and accommodating. We had kids with us during the event and no matter what the kids are saying, they give full undivided attention and interest even if they're running around with how busy they are. Hands down to that personal level of service! We wish this business more awards in the industry. Their service is amazing. My 5 year old said she wants to celebrate her birthday there and we definitely will.
