Excellent service! 100% recommended.. Called them Sunday noon with the requirements that my PC needed a Hard Drive Reset. I had my PC back by Monday. Quick efficient service at a very reasonable price point.

Would caution if you have a MAC maybe they are better at repairing Windows screens. I got my screen replaced several months everything was fine for a while and was really pleased with the results. But over time I've had several issues, the 1st being the web camera doesn't work at all, and most recently everytime I close my computer its completely black when I open it, I have to restart my computer each time which is really frustrating. I never had these issues before I got the screen replaced, and its past warranty so it can't be serviced. Its frustrating because I essentially wasted $400. If I have to spend that same amount to get it fixed thats the same as buying a new computer.

Super convenient and responsive. Steve came to pick up my broken laptops for data recovery and delivered the flash drive within two days. Wonderful! Very responsive by phone and email.

Called about a problem with my PC on a Sunday afternoon this month. A technician was able to come and pick it up and a motherboard problem was diagnosed, all within two hours of my call. I had the PC back on Tuesday, and could have it back sooner but I had told the repair tech I would be away for a couple of days and didn't need it in a hurry. The PC works now and the price, which was quoted up front, was very reasonable. This experience made me happy and I will definitely be coming back, even if just for help with installing hardware upgrades. Thanks!

If Google allowed it, I'd give On the Go PC Repairs 10 stars! I gave them a laptop I hadn't used in years, without even knowing if it was near impossible to revive. Instead, Bruce & co. immediately identified the main issues and shared what is required and when the repairs will be completed. Upon discovering newer problems, Bruce made sure to keep me informed of the technical details as well as the new timelines for repair. The team even went further with their exemplary customer service by not charging me extra to repair those problems, even when new parts needed to be replaced. Overall, I am really happy with the quality of work, very good customer care, and transparency.
