Beautiful chairs for our dinner party. Super easy to setup and order. Great communication. Drop off and pickup went smooth. Will definitely use again in the future.
Once Upon a Chair was absolutely wonderful for our wedding! The process was so easy to rent from there and Valessa was absolutely wonderful and helpful! The pickup and drop off was extremely easy and professional and the quality of our rentals was superb. We’re so grateful for them and could not recommend them more!!
Valessa and her team went above and beyond to get us a last-minute 40x60’ tent for our October wedding due to threat of rain. There were no hidden fees, Valessa was communicative and friendly, and the staff worked quickly to put it up and take it down. Also, the quality of the tent was 10/10. It created a very cozy atmosphere for the party and kept us dry during the short bouts of rain. I will definitely be using Once Upon a Chair for all future party rentals and highly recommend them to anyone putting on an event in the area.
Valessa was incredible — always in touch and made sure I knew the next steps the whole way through. The website was super easy to use, and I loved that I could complete all my reservations online without wasting time like some competitors that make you pre-select and then coordinate separately. Delivery was right on time, pickup was just as smooth, and they left everything exactly as it was. Excellent service, great communication, and truly stress-free from start to finish. Highly recommend Once Upon A Chair!
From start to finish, once upon a chair made it really easy for me to want and use them again! Communication, ease of making reservations, delivery, pick up…all of it was simple and affordable. Look no further and use them! Wish I had better pictures and my video was lo her than 30 seconds. Let’s just say the tablecloth upgrade is worth it. They are gorgeous! Thanks again Once Upom a Chair!
