From start to finish, Jose, the owner, was extremely professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. The setup looked amazing, the quality of the photos was top-notch, and our guests absolutely loved the interactive experience. Jose made the whole process effortless — from booking to the event day, everything ran smoothly and on time. You can tell he truly cares about his clients and takes pride in his work. I cannot express how wonder Once Upon A Time was to work with from start to finish. We hired them to work our high school prom and it was the kids favorite part of the entire event! Everything was clean and neat, communication was always clear and prompt, and the professionalism/set up was simply amazing. He took the time to discuss the different package options before we booked, arrived early to the event to set up, and was friendly and attentive to our guests during the event.
