This is a great place ! When I first started I had never worked out a day in my life ! I was worried classes would be too hard. Everyone was very encouraging and non judgmental. Here I am still going and slowly learning to love working out. I’ve lost 65lbs and learned so much about my self and what I can do
Excellent studio! Very clean, instructors are encouraging and welcoming. I'm still trying out classes but so far, Valerie and Sanantha are the faves! The workouts are excellent and I feel like they are very inclusive of all fitness levels and body types!
I took a circuit class with Samantha this morning. This is a great way to start the morning. I am in love with the studio and Samantha was amazing 🤩 if you're wanting to get in shape this is the best place to go!
One Body Fitness Studio is wonderful! The studio itself is clean and often features local art. The classes are challenging and varied, I've attended over 100 classes and I've never done the same workout twice. The instructors are the best. They are deeply knowledgable and fun. Here you will find a community that is truly inclusive of all body types and abilities.
I've attended over 150 classes over the last 18 months. I initially joined to get in shape to hike to the top of Pikes Peak. Consistent workouts here help me accomplish that goal. This place is the awesome and the vibes are always positive. Each workout is unique and different. The studio is welcoming and inclusive to everyone. Best of all the instructors are amazing people!
