Love these guys! They have taken good care of us and every interaction has been easy. Jay was awesome and he has been our tech previously as well. He’s a great communicator and is transparent about his process. He even gave my son some advice because he just got certified in HVAC.
As always an excellent worker with Jay Bettis! I’m a member of the One Hour Air service club, and they keep track of when they should do their twice yearly maintenance. I’d been lacking, so their office called and I was able to set up quickly, Jay came in the 1pm-5pm window, everything looked fine. He did recommend the duct cleaning, but didn’t try any hard sell when I said no. Def recommend One Hour Air to all!
After a horrific experience with Swan Electric in the area, we called the amazing helpful people here at One hour AC. From the kind lady Sharon who initially answered my call, to their amazing technician Yoany who came out on a Sunday to simply give his expert 2nd opinion (at no cost to us) we truly could not be more happy with the service provided. From start to finish you could tell they cared. Not only were they top notch knowledgable professionals, but they truly cared about us and our family and the intense situation Swan Electric left us hanging in. It seems usually when any sort of representative comes out from these type of companies, they always try to upsell you and find anything they can say or do to make business for their own benefit. Not here at one hour AC. Yoany came out on a Sunday afternoon, was beyond patient as we in great detail explained to him (twice, once by myself, and then again same story by my husband) what this other company did to us, and then simply did what we called him out here for. Which was give us a full, thorough, run down of exactly what was going on with our machine without trying to intently find something that would require immediate attention and cost us more out of pocket. I truly cannot say enough nice things about this company and the people representing it. I will ABSOLUTELY use them again in the future should I ever need help with our AC (and as well know living in this Texas heat, there will be some sort of need for them). I 110% would recommend this company over any and all others I have had an experience with. Thank you Yoany and 1 hour AC for being real people who care about real people!! 🙏🏼
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough good things about Rocky! He went above and beyond when my air conditioner went out. Not only did he show up promptly, but he worked tirelessly well past 5pm—in the pouring rain—to make sure everything was up and running before he left. His dedication, professionalism, and kindness really stood out. Thanks to his hard work, my home is comfortable again. I’m truly grateful for his commitment to excellent service, and I would highly recommend Yoany to anyone in need of an HVAC technician.
Mr. Barrow was very pleasant and professional. I appreciated him being direct about our A/C issue and offering a plan to get it fixed. I also appreciated the fact that One Hour had technicians available late in the day and evening for service calls, like Mr. Barrow. In the heat of Texas, that’s huge! In addition, my warranty service replacement was completed without any delays and those two gentlemen did a great job. Thanks to everyone at One Hour Air! 👍🏾
