I have been going to Ongle Diva for a year now, every month. Nail technicians are friendly and skilled. My acrylic extensions last 4-5 weeks and they never broke. Special mention to Sally for doing amazing nail sets, she is very meticulous in her work and she always makes sure everything is to my taste all the way through the process. There is usually little to no wait time when you book an appointment but there is a small chance you have to wait if it’s a busy period (e. g., holidays). They do prioritize appointments over walk-ins. Great salon overall.
I’ve been here twice, the first time for a pedicure and gel-x nail extensions, and the second time for a fill on my nails. Super happy with everything. Julie did my nails both times and she did a great job. Perfect shape and polish application. Plus she’s quick. I highly recommend her!
My first time at Diva nails! Such a great experience! My nails turned out so beautifully and im very satisfied
First time, I came for regular mani+pedicure everything went well and I was satisfied with the result. The second time, about a month ago, I came for a regular manicure. The lady was so agressive with the nail drill, she used the drill to remove my cuticules instead of a cutter, and since then, my nails shape has been very weird and "indented". Never happened to me before. Plus, she had to repeat the nail polish application 3 times for some fingers because of her mistakes... I will not be coming back.
WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! This was hands down one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. The nail tech had no idea what she was doing and clearly didn’t listen to a single thing I asked. She completely skipped the refill, applied gel all over my skin and cuticles (which is horrible for your nails and skin), and gave me a hideous French manicure that didn’t even reach the sides of my nails. It looked like it was done by someone in training or worse, someone who just didn’t care. When I brought all of this up at the end, the receptionist asked if I was happy. I said no and explained everything and she just stood there, unbothered. No apology, no offer to fix it, no refund, nothing. She rushed me to pay like I was an inconvenience, and when I asked to speak to the manager, she said they weren’t there and basically told me "too bad." Not a single person made an effort to make things right. The service is garbage, the staff is careless, and the attitude is unprofessional. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration go literally anywhere else, even your mom can do better!
