Highly recommend staying away from Onin staffing. Marco Torres is one of if not one of the least professional and incompetent people I’ve ever worked with. Had to schedule my appointment 3 different times because he has NO time management or organizational skills or common sense to combat those lack of skills… wrote things in a scheduling book, calendar, phone calendar or on one of the two computers in front. He chose to worry about everyone who didn’t show up who were scheduled. No accountability, doesn’t even look at your resume. If you have ANY skills, work experience.. STAY FAR AWAY FROM ONIN STAFFING AND MARCO TORRES. Absolute crap show. Highly highly recommend reliable staffing, if not ANY FAST FOOD job will be better and pay more than anything Marco and Onin will help you find. Legitimately $2-3 more an hour. Very unprofessional setting, does not reply to phone calls, voice mails, poorly managed and poorly ran at the front desk. PS when Marco gets upset he’ll go in the back speak in English, talk crap in Spanish then come smile in your face. Tell him you do not speak Spanish, and just listen when he gets frustrated. STAY FAR FAR AWAY
