I liked how he laid out all the options both with scheduling and the actual repair work. His willingness to help get a solution that works is awesome. The turnaround time from scheduling to the actual repair was super quick. I liked how he and Paul were totally open to repair the chip as a first shot and go for the full windshield replacement as the second option! That willingness to try out the lower cost option shows me their agility in working with the customer! I also liked how I got updates from Dennis when Paul would be arriving for the windshield fix. Both Dennis and Paul are super friendly. Kudos to Dennis and Paul. Thank You again for the excellent service.
Super fast and easy experience! I was able to get my windshield fixed the same week. They took care of everything with my insurance which made it stress-free. Dennis was really communicative and helpful throughout the process. Definitely recommend!
Had a very positive experience replacing two passenger windows from Onsite Auto Glass. Came in before work today, dropped off my car, and they did a great job replacing the windows by the time I got off work this same day. Not only that, they let me pick it up after hours, and their manager got on call with me to let me into the property, and into their office where they safely left my keys for pick up. Great service at a good price.
I walked out to my Corolla on a Saturday morning and the back window was shattered. I called Onsite auto glass, and about 4 hours later I had a new back window. The technician did a great job. He took his time and cleaned the area very well. He vacuumed all around my car to make sure he got all the pieces of glass. I would definitely use this company again.
Last month, the rear window of my car broke. After contacting several businesses, I found the best quote at Onsite Auto Glass. They replaced the window at a great price and did excellent work. A few days later, I noticed small pieces of broken glass still lodged in the car’s body, causing noise while driving. I reached out to Dennis for advice, and he promptly worked with me to bring the car to their shop, where they removed the remaining pieces. The service was professional, responsive, and thorough—I can’t recommend them highly enough.
