Haley is a wonderful coach, who has taught me so much about lifting and exercise in general! She really cares about each woman in her semi-private coaching classes and is always there to assist you when you’re struggling. I was a complete beginner when I started and now I’m stronger than I have ever been before! I also love the assisted stretches she offers. I get one every week and I can tell the difference with my stiffness and flexibility!
Commit to 3 months to really get the habit built up! Good sense of community and affordable personal training option! Haley is patient, professional and will meet you where you’re at. She helps with nutrition and gym education as well! The gym is private and clean with good equipment— you can go to the gym on your own any time and as often as you want in addition to the small group workouts with all women of all ages.
