EDIT: FOR THOSE WHO DON'T KNOW $45 IS APPARENTLY THE MINIMUM PAYMENT FOR ANY SERVICES RENDERED, AND THEY WILL NOT INFORM YOU OF THIS BEFORE YOU ASK FOR A SERVICE. At The time of this review 5/1/25, this pricing is nowhere to be found on their website or in-store. I have usually never given a bad review of a place and I do want to clarify that everyone was incredibly kind there. However I went in to see if they could remove a a screw from the bottom of my laptop that had stuck. They said they could and took it into the back and got it out within 5 minutes and then proceeded to charge me $60. I was more than willing to pay for something could not do myself but I think that the price they charged was incredibly over inflated.

Robert and his team are amazing. I had been having connectivity issues with my home internet for more than 3 years. We have spent countless hours on the phone with our internet provider who assured us everything was set the way it should be. We had found ways to work around what we needed but finally decided it was time to call in Open Doors. Robert had all our network connections repaired in a little over 30 minutes. I highly recommend this company. They are knowledgeable, affordable and easy to work with. I will definitely call again if I have issues.
