We paid Optic Marketing for a full year of marketing services with the expectation of generating qualified leads. Despite their promises of a specific number of leads, we did not receive a single lead or phone call during the entire year. Each time we asked about results, we were told that SEO needed more work or more time. While we understand that marketing can take time, going a full year with zero measurable return was extremely disappointing. Based on our experience, the service did not deliver on its commitments, and we would advise other businesses to carefully review performance expectations before signing a long term agreement.
