Christina is the reason I keep coming back to Optica at Fashion Valley. I've been goin to her for a little over a year building my Chrome Hearts collection, and every visit has been a great experience. She's incredibly patient, gives honest and thoughtful advice, and genuinely cares about helping you find the right pieces for your style. Fast and friendly service! Cristina really saved the day. My groom's favorite sunglasses broke the day before our outdoor wedding. Cristina was able to fix them in a quick walk in visit. He was so pleasantly surprised when they turned back up in one piece! We were very appreciative and continue to keep Optica in mind for our eyewear needs.

Came in to get my Cartiers repaired. Cristina was super helpful, had the part and repaired them on the spot. Alessandra was awesome and helped me check out a few pairs of glasses while I waited. Very happy with the staff and service at Optica 😁
