Its nice to be back and felt awesome to be seen and had our eye exam checked at Optical Illusions!!! The staff is great and very accommodating as always. I went there for my contact lens exam and the stuff are super helpful during the whole exam. It was my first time using contact lens so there was a lot for me to understand, but both the doctor (Erica) and optician (Richelle) are extremely patient and helpful and make my experience very smooth. This is always the right place to go to for anything about your eyes.
Many thanks 🙏 to the team at Optical Illusions! I was there last Saturday, first time. On a super busy day I finished a very thorough eye exam and picked out some great new glasses. Everyone was professional and welcoming. Dr. Kat helped me get checked in promptly. Dr. Atean examined my vision. He combines clinical excellence with a patient-centered approach, explaining every step in detail and answering questions. Richelle took great care of me and made the whole process smooth and easy. Including what is usually the most overwhelming part: selecting the right frame!
Dr. Yandell is my primary eye doctor at the Santana row location. She's the best. Very caring and knows her stuff. Her staff is great too. Always happy leaving this place. Plus, you dont get that nervous feeling that you're at a medical facility. Everyone is nice and helpful. Its also a cool place to buy nice sunglasses. 😎
They damaged my frame. I purchased a pair of $2000 Chrome Hearts frames from Japan and brought it here to change the lenses. From the moment I brought it in, the receptionist was roughly handling it and overall wasn’t careful with it at all. I had my doubts but decided to proceed anyways which was a big mistake on my part. After I received the glasses two weeks later, I noticed a bunch of visible scratches which definitely weren’t there when I handed the brand new frames off to them. If you have any frames of your own, do not bring them here. They will not be treated with care.
