We’ve been seeing Optimal Health Varsity Lakes Chiropractic with Nick & Sally for nearly a year and our journey has been truly life-changing. Sally’s extensive knowledge of retained primitive reflexes has helped our son make incredible improvements in posture, attention, and balance, and our daughter’s extensive sporting activities have kept her body well aligned for better performance and recovery. Meanwhile, Nick has reduced my husband’s sciatic pain to almost non-existent, allowing him to return to sport. Dr Nick has been treating my family of five for the past two years, and we couldn’t be happier with the care we’ve received. He has a very personable demeanour and consistently provides excellent, thorough treatment. He is always punctual, clear in explaining expected outcomes, and sets realistic, time-oriented treatment goals with regular reassessments along the way. I’ve been seeing Dr Nick for a couple of years now and I can’t recommend him and his team enough. Their care has made such a positive difference in my life. In addition, the rest of the team is just as incredible - Brodie and Anton are always friendly, helpful, and accomodating. I’ve also seen remedial massage therapist Warwick, and his treatments have been a perfect complement to my chiropractic care. I am always excited about my treatments with this team and I am certain I will continue seeing them for many years to come.
