I just finished 4 months of neck therapy with Tori and Cameron. They both worked to better my range of motion and pain. I think they both know what they are doing and will definitely help you.
I highly recommend this place. I came here for nerve pain and left with a smile :) The staff is so friendly and helpful! Cameron and Brandon took great care of me, walking me through lots of stretches and exercises and now I'm pain free. Thank you so much for treating your patients with so much care
My son, who has cerebral palsy and is on the autism spectrum, recently underwent major surgery on both of his legs. The team at Optimal Physical Therapy has been nothing short of amazing in supporting his recovery. From the moment we started, Nicole, his physical therapist, along with Jacob, the PTA, and Madison, the technician, have gone above and beyond in working with him. They’ve kept him motivated, which can be challenging at times, and made sure he stays engaged with his exercises, despite the difficulties he faces. What stands out the most is how they’ve consistently addressed all my concerns, no matter how big or small, without ever making me feel inadequate for not knowing something. They take the time to explain everything, ensuring we both understand what’s happening and why it’s important. It’s clear that they care deeply about my son’s progress, and their positive, encouraging approach has made a significant difference. The level of patience, expertise, and personalized care we’ve experienced at Optimal Physical Therapy has been truly exceptional, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Watching my son improve and become more confident in his abilities has been incredible, and I can’t thank Nicole, Jacob, and Madison enough for everything they’ve done for him. Fabulous experience. This is the 3rd PT I have been to, this group at optimal therapy at Paseo verde is world’s above the others. Staff is professional and friendly. I feel very comfortable coming here. Nicole, Jacob and Madison have really helped heal my back issues. I recommend them to everyone. Great team.
So far so good. The staff is very welcoming and energetic. The vibe is great which makes therapy itself helpful. They’re always asking after every exercise how I’m feeling, and making sure I’m taken care of. I really appreciate every single one of them for showing that they care. Especially helping with my scar tissue buildup The only downfall to me is how hidden I feel their office is where they are located, the Stephanie and Paseo Verde location.
