Dr Gaylord and his office staff are amazing. I set an appointment for my son who is an Autistic 21 y.o. and myself for the same Saturday afternoon, 2 weeks ago. I sit here now smiling about how my son, was able to get his eyes examined, dilated and chose 2 eye glasses all without me having to support him. I was able to complete my appointment without worrying about my son. They were kind to him and patient with him. Thank you Dr. Gaylord and your team. As long as you take my insurance, I will continue to come back. I really like this office and the staff. They are friendly, professional and efficient. I really felt that they listened to me and my concerns. They were frank and upfront with me about the best way to spend my health care benefits. Dr G was patient and informative. My previous experience with them was the same. So they are consistently good.Yes, I like them a lot.
