Jake was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly attentive, patient, and explained the program with such clarity. I was initially quite nervous about enquiring into enrolling for the L2 and L3 courses, but Jake put me at ease right away. His reassurance and friendly communication made the whole experience so much more comfortable. Thank you again for your outstanding support!

Joe was super helpful when I asked about the course, what is included, what to expect and also had a very friendly discussion about what I wanted out of this. He shared his own experience with me and even some advice in general about the industry. I felt very comfortable about making the commitment after speaking with him and appreciated the chat!

The communication has been fantastic, and I would rate the customer service highly. I have spoken to both James and Adam who have both been very friendly and useful, answering my questions and explaining things in detail. I look forward to starting my course and I am so grateful for a great introduction to it!

Spoke with Joe for about half an hour about starting a PT course. He has great communication skills and incredibly knowledgable on the services being provided and how they vary from one another. 10/10 really helpfully and brilliant service provided

Spoke to Tom Clark at Origym today to discuss the courses they offer as someone who is an aspiring PT and was given the most helpful and positive support I could've asked for. He took the time to listen to my questions and doubts and explained thoroughly the support that Origym offer throughout the course and beyond. I haven't started the course yet but from just my interaction with Tom alone, I would rate the customer service very, very highly :)
