I had an amazing experience with Orkin! They have 24/7 hours. I called the customer service number late one afternoon and was able to set an appointment for the morning of the next day. David is my technician and he is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He renewed my faith that customer service still exists! He showed up in the time window they provided in a truck that clearly displayed the company name. He explained the process and what to expect. The contract they provided was very clear. This was only my first contact with Orkin, but I am confident I will continue to be pleased.
David was our tech and he is literally such an amazing guy! He is always so thorough and is able to answer any questions that I have. He also really explains what situations are going on regarding any pests that we have in our house in a way that I can understand but also not making me feel like it's a silly question. David has been such a great technician this entire time that we have had him here at our location in El Paso. He's such an asset to the orkin team that this is one of the main reasons we actually stayed with Orkin and also the customer service for the orkin team is so kind and helpful when we had any account issues in the past.
Called in the morning and our Orkin pro was out that afternoon. Jasmine was very kind, informative, professional and friendly. She answered every question we had and gave us pointers on how to double up on pest prevention. Such a great experience overall!

Every technician I’ve worked with has been friendly, respectful, and truly cared about solving the issue, not just doing the bare minimum. Chris Herrera, one of the technicians, always shows up on time and explains everything clearly. It’s rare to find a company that’s consistently this dependable and easy to work with.
