As always, Angie arrived as scheduled. She is very polite and great communicator. She serviced inside and outside. She answered all my questions regarding specific spiders.

Service was fine. Very courteous. There were no problems. Going forward, he gets outstanding each time unless noted otherwise. I have difficulty typing. No more survey requests please.
Updated to the Review: I recently met with the manager from Orkin, and I truly appreciated the experience. He took the time to meet with me personally, listened to my concerns, and made sure I felt heard and understood. He reviewed the work that was done, assured me it was completed properly, and offered a sincere apology for the earlier issues. His professionalism and care really stood out. What impressed me even more was that after our meeting, he went out of his way to help my neighbor refill the oil in her car — completely unprompted. That kind of kindness and attention to people goes a long way. I’m grateful for the visit and the effort to make things right. Previous Post: I’m very disappointed with the service I received from Orkin last Friday. I was scheduled for an attic cover installation and termite preventative treatment at 10 AM. However, the crew arrived early that morning and began working at my neighbor’s home instead. When I noticed no one had arrived at my property after 10 AM, I had to reach out to my Orkin salesperson, who then contacted the crew. When they finally came over, I was made to feel as though my job was an afterthought. I explained that I had scheduled work meetings around the appointment time, but the crew seemed unconcerned. At one point, I found the attic door left open without any notice that they had completed that portion of the work. Later, I saw several workers outside my window debating where to dig for the termite treatment, and I had to step away from a meeting to provide direction myself. Things only got worse. By the afternoon, I realized the crew had started using my front yard—without my permission—to load and unload termite-infested wood from my neighbor’s property into a large truck. This went on for hours. I had to interrupt yet another meeting to go outside and address it, only to find that my own job still wasn’t complete and it was nearly 4 PM. Overall, I felt that my scheduled service was deprioritized and my property was treated with little respect. I expected a professional experience from a company like Orkin, but instead I was left frustrated, inconvenienced, and disappointed by both the crew’s conduct and lack of communication.
Mr Kelvin came on today, 11 Oct 24. He did a very thorough, awesome job, unlike the guy who came 5 Oct 24, who did not give me a thorough spraying. In fact, I felt cheated by the 5 Oct guy, for $180. he only sprayed my kitchen and outside, said he did my bedroom down, but saw no indication. He did ZERO upstairs, ZEROwashroom or half bath. He did not even spray kitchen baseboards, he sprayed the floor by the kitchen baseboards. We also called his boss, cause he complained about my pricing and contract, which I told him I do not do contracts. The boss was very nice. Do NOT send that guy back to my house. I only want Mr Kelvin to service my house, he was great, respectful and awesome to work with!! Thanks Mr Kelvin!
