The worst experience for exclusion and attic remediation! Do NOT USE! I can’t give them a zero star, or I would. Paid 20k 1) They broke parts of the top of our trimming around the attic doors. 2) They left bags of insulation in the attic when they were supposed to have removed the insulation 3) They damaged the ducting so badly that the pin holding the duct work up was pulled out- I had an AC team look at it, and they confirmed. On showing the damage the Orkin regional manager response was, “that wasn’t us.” I hadn’t even asked them to repair! I literally told them that I was covering the expense. 4) Part of exclusion effective testing was to set internal traps, except they forgot to actually set the traps- and once again, argued with me that they were set. Only after I showed pictures and told them to go look did they confirm they might have set, but they weren’t set now.
David is so pleasant to work with. Very friendly, thorough and very detailed. We would definitely recommend him and their service.
At first, we were happy with Orkin's service. After a few months it went into the toilet. There have been multiple occasions where we have been rescheduled. I called to see why our service was being rescheduled and was told it was because they added new customers and had to move us out. I don't know any business where that is a good reply from Customer Service. We've been rescheduled for the 4th time this month! Multiple reasons, new customers, technician did not come in and had a technician tell their dispatcher they spoke with me, and I told them not to come! Which was a flat out lie. I cancelled my service today and can't refer anyone to Orkin. At least not my local branch (Fort Worth). Also, Britanny, who is the local Customer Service person, is terrible. The worst attitude I've dealt with on any Customer Service level. Could care less if they lost a customer. Rudy, who is the local manager, was supposed to give us a call. Never got a call from him and when I called to ask if he was available, they would tell me he was out of the office. Asked for his cell phone and got nowhere. If you're looking for pest control DO NOT CALL ORKIN!!
Paid a large amount almost $400 for one time flea treatment and fleas did not go away. The pesticide was all over the house in large puddles that my children slipped and fell in. Large amounts pesticide sprayed on my children’s toys. When asked to make it right they simply said “well sorry.” What about the Orkin guarantee? Guess I’ll file dispute with my bank to get my money back since Orkin refuses to help.
They are professional and on time and transparent with the prices, options and what they were going to do! Once the tech arrived they explained everything on what they were going to place and location of each item and we highly recommend them! Bruce was our tech and very professional and explained everything and kept us updated on what he did as he went along and did his job!
