From my call for service to the technician's visit, Orkin proved to live up to its reputation. I was transferred to Bonnie who helped me set up the visit, she asked all the right questions and ensured that they would offer the exact services requested. She followed up with a quote and options and ensured we would have an expert sent over. Richard was the technician, and he was prompt, thorough and honest. He let us know that we could take a different approach than what we requested, and this ended up saving us a considerable cost! He communicated step by step and ensured we were ok with moving forward each step of the way. I highly recommend Orkin for your pest control needs, and if you’re lucky enough to get to encounter Bonnie and Richard - know that you are getting top tier service!
I had a very positive experience with Richard who came to my condo for an inspection. He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. He was extremely good at his job and was very courteous and friendly and made me feel very comfortable and at ease in what could have been a very stressful situation. I highly commend him. There should be more Richards in the world! Thank you for the great service!
Christian from Orkin Canada was our pest control tech that came to our house. He was awesome. He was everything I would expect from a pest control serviceman and more. He was very professional. He messaged us in advance to let us know what time he would arrive and actually showed up very promptly. It was our third visit from the company and easily the best visit. He was very polite, patient, knowledgeable, a good spirited gentleman, and did his job better than we could have expected. Christian did such a great job and figured out how to solve our problems. He wasn't there to do a job. He was there to do a great job with great energy and enthusiasm, and I applauded him for that. Christian went over the previous tech reps' work and to check seen if the traps were still functioning and correctly placed. He corrected any mistakes or non functioning traps from the previous two visits at our home. He also educated us on how the pests or mice in our case were possibly entering into our house. He sealed any possible entryways and suggested methods to solidify those entryways so that they would not be breached anymore. Christian even found new nesting spots and entryways that were not discovered in previous visits by the previous tech rep. He took his time and was patient to answer any of our questions. He added more traps to support the existing traps to ensure we have no further mice issues and checked around the premises inside as well as outside the house to make sure that nothing was off the table. Christian was fantastic, and I would suggest you ask for him by name. Congratulations, Orkin, you have a good one in your midst. He needs a raise and a promotion.
Christian was the tech assigned to our case. He arrived within the time window, and was courteous and thorough. He communicated clearly with me his findings and recommendations. In the days since the appointment, we’ve noticed quick improvement. Orkin’s price was very reasonable, too. I highly recommend their service.
I would highly recommend the customer service and on-site work from Orkin. Nina was so helpful and accommodating when booking my appointment this morning and arranged the technician to come the same day. Noel was so helpful, informative, and so easy to talk to. He was so efficient and got the job done! Thank you Orkin staff, you really put my mind at ease with our pest problem.
