This is my favourite sushi in Cardiff not just for their great variety, flavours and portion sizes but their extremely kind customer service. Had an issue with a delivery address on my last order and a driver mistakenly leaving my order with a neighbour but the owner was extremely understanding and remade my food. I have dined in and ordered take away from Osaka many times and will 100% continue to do so to support this restaurant as they clearly really value their customers. In regards to their food, the only place I know in Cardiff that does scallop nigiri 🍣 the food is always incredibly fresh and tasty. It’s not expensive either for the quality or portion sizes, we are just greedy and always order a lot but it’s still really good the next day, can’t recommend enough.

First time coming here, will definitely be back! Great atmosphere, great staff. Very friendly, very attentive! Menu is great for beginners as it tells you on the first page in what order they recommend you order dishes. Veggie sushi was amazing! Fresh and flavourful. Loved the sweetcorn mayo one!!! Seaweed salad was nice but personally wouldn't order again. The veggie rice was delicious! Flavourful, fragrant, fluffy and filling! Would be a good place to introduce children to this type of cuisine, which I intend to do! Will try a takeaway but have a feeling it's better to eat in.

Good quality food, extensive menu with lots of variety, good service and atmosphere in the restaurant. Have also ordered delivery from here and the food arrives quickly, is still hot and is well packaged and labelled. Recommended!

Food is consistently fresh, you can taste how fresh and good the salmon is every time. The service is efficient and helpful and the atmosphere is very nicely Japanese themed. Gets quite busy often, so best to book in advance.
