Previously I wrote a review of O'Shea's very poor customer service. Since then I have been contacted by the company and advised they have changed their internal processes to ensure the same issues do not arise again. This is impressive! The company provided a free electrical check and I have since engaged O'Shea to do a small electrical job for me. The electrician was courteous, and the work was done efficiently, including the clean up afterwards!
Excellent service. They came quickly and replaced our bathroom exhaust fan efficiently with no fuss. Would certainly use O'Shea again in the future
George was excellent and very informative. He's the best electrician I've met, and I've met a few. Highly recommend O'Shea electrical. I contacted O'Shea because I was happy with their roofing department, so I called up for electrical and have also had a good experience.
Lost my hot water when my dog bit through the electrical cables of my HWS. George from O'Shea Electrical arrived within a couple of hours, did an excellent job both in the repair and in puppy-proofing the work so it can't happen again. He was courteous and efficient - all fixed in less than an hour and at a very competitive price. Job done and dusted while I'm still waiting for 2 other people I called to get back to me. Can't recommend highly enough.
Will came quick at the time agreed, and fixed our issue within minutes. Very friendly, great communicator, and amazing electricians. Would definitely call him out again if we ever experience any issues in our apartment.
