10/10 would recommend this rental shop for families with young kids. If you happen to plan ahead, bring your own kid’s helmet is my advice - they have a few that adjust but not small enough for younger than 3 - the helmet was a bit big for my 1 y.o. Regardless, super friendly, reliable service and the bikes were a blast! We rode over the bridge to Sausalito to spend the day at the Discovery Bay Children’s museum and rode the ferry back into town. It was a fantastic day and such a fun way to experience the city!

Thoroughly enjoyed our day on the electric bikes. We headed over the golden gate bridge onto Sausalito and back. The bikes are very handy for this hilly city and it's fun getting down Lombard street on them. Nick is so friendly and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend as a need to do while in San Fransico.
