Christy is truly amazing! She makes my blonde look so natural and completely fixed my previously botched highlights. The way she blended my color into a softer, more natural blonde is perfection ✨ it grows out so beautifully and effortlessly. Somehow I always end up booking afternoon appointments, so I never have great pictures in natural light, but trust me when I say I am so happy with my hair and feel absolutely beautiful every time I leave her chair. On top of her incredible talent, Christy is so fun to chat with and she genuinely makes sitting in her chair for a few hours feel like real “me time.” I can’t recommend her enough!
I have been a regular customer at this salon since moving to Nashville over a year ago. However due to the last experience I had here, I will not be returning. No one at this salon cares about customer complaints, they are not taken seriously at all and that is terrible business. At my last appointment for the same exact service I have had multiple times with the exact same stylist, my hair was not done properly, I am a light blonde and my hair is now light brown even though I asked for nothing different than what I have always had done. I was also talked into buying an expensive product without being told the cost whatsoever. They also added the product to the cost of my service so the "preset tip" went up as well. It was a disaster! I was charged a fortune! I have been in touch to return the extremely expensive product I bought as money is tight due to the holidays and according to the policy, they charge you a 25% "restocking fee" for returns! So I am out of luck on that product, my hair was done terribly despite not asking for anything different and Im out over $400 total after an extremely high preset tip! (It was only a partial highlight as well!) There are a TON of quality hair salons in Nashville who care about their clients, my advice to you: find another one, I definitely will be!
I wish I could leave Dominick an ever higher rating! He was an absolute angel and truly transformed my hair to the most beautiful it has ever looked. When I asked him questions about how to make my hair look healthier and shiny, he was extremely knowledgeable and gave me wonderful insight. He was upfront and honest about add ons and was not pushy. Throughout the appointment he was extremely easy to talk to and l left the salon feeling relaxed and rejuvenated after a very stressful week. I cannot recommend him enough and will be telling everyone with a pulse about him haha
Montana was absolutely amazing and made me feel so comfortable with being a naturally curly haired client. With curly hair you sometimes have to trade a burned scalp over poofy blowout and not only did she make sure I was comfortable with heat and brushing out curls but also had me leaving with smooth flat hair. She even helped me get hair in shower cap to protect from the rain which was so sweet and thoughtful. Will definitelv be comina back as a New resident to the area😊 The salon is set up beautifully, has parking and make you feel welcomed offering water, tea or coffee right when you walk in. The last two pics are to show my hair texture with and without product.
Ariana did my blowout and my friend’s on Saturday August 30th and it was the best! I have never recieved so many compliments. It was so silky, smooth, soft, while still maintaining its volume! I’ll be sure to ask for her anytime I am in the area!
