PNW Catering is the BEST!!! Barbara, Eric, Drew, Jackson, and our friend who is going to culinary school now were all so so so amazing for our big orders. Four days, two meals a day for 270 people and they always showed up timely and we have never had any issues with them. We deal with lots of catering, and PNW Catering by leaps and bounds is the best. They come intending to do everything on their own, but if you don't hang around and chat with these lovely people, you're missing out! Some of the highlights are very clearly marked dietary restrictions (for vegan, or gluten-free, etc. meals), their autonomy, always the right numbers of meals, and delicious food!! Husky Band misses you PNW Catering! 🫶
We used Pacific Northwest Catering for our wedding and are SO glad we did! Communication was on point, we had our tasting and they were very accommodating to all our questions and requests. The food turned out INCREDIBLE, our guests could not stop raving about how good the food was, which can be rare for weddings. Guests particularly loved the mashed potatoes. Their vegan option was also amazing. Additionally, their bartending and serving was top notch. We had an excellent experience and are so glad we chose to use them for our day!
They were my wedding caterer and were amazing. From the original tasting to the feedback, set up on the day and the meal. Got so many compliments from the guests. The served us our dinner and everything was delicious! We had filet steak and salmon with mango salsa per our request and it was amazing! Do yourself a favor and sign them to be part of your team. So easy to work with!!
Pacific Northwest Catering was so wonderful to work with. They did an outstanding job planning and during the wedding. The food was amazing, the staff friendly and experienced, and Al was super responsive throughout the whole process. Many of our guests have already asked for their contact information for future events and I could not recommend them enough. If anyone from PNW Catering reads this and remembers me, please email me the recipe for the pesto sauce the meatballs where in. Many guests have been asking for it.
I cannot thank Pacific Northwest Catering enough for the amazing job they did for our wedding!! We opted for chef carved Prime Rib and Salmon Picatta with mashed potatoes with grilled veggies and foccacia bread. Everything turned out phenomenal!! Our guests kept telling us how this was the best wedding food they've EVER had. Thank you Chef Matt and his team; Cari, Carl, Esther, Jackson, Jose, Marielos, and Ava. as a bonus, they even had 4 different kinds of spa water with our initials cut out in fruit in the water dispensers!!! Overall incredible experience and so easy to work with!
