Amazing!!!!!!!!! Life saver!!! Amelia was extremely responsive and kind when taking on our last minute 450+ event at the Fillmore. Even while stepping away for a week to get married she made sure Glenn was able to keep the conversation going! Food was great. Service was great. Cecily the onsite manager was also a joy to work with! Book them now!!

Yall - PALATE. Just do it. They are SO worth it. We had so many revisions to our menu one (more b/c of a lack of communication between me and my now husband) and they were SO flexible and patient with it. We also had several of last minute requests that they were more than happy to fulfill. The food was INCREDIBLE. We wanted to combine Puerto Rican and New Orleans food styles, and they completely understood the assignment and knocked it out of the park. Everyone kept telling me how good the food was and the oysters were a hit. The cake and dessert bar were also a hit - actually several weeks later, my friend is still telling me how he took like several extras of the desserts back home and just finished and wish he had more haha. Not to mention both Glenn and Amelia are SO nice. I loved working with them. I genuinely felt that they were really excited to help with our wedding. They also will accommodate a tasting if you want it and if you choose them GO - it’s delicious haha!!

Can I please give more stars!? We hired Palate for our foral/decor vendor for our wedding at the Pharmacy Museum, and Michael was our decorator. He very patiently worked with us on all of the little details I fussed over leading up to the wedding and made our vision an absolute dream! From the flowers to the table settings to the small details we left up to him, it was the picture of perfection. The colors were amazing, my bouquet was beyond gorgeous, the corsages were stunning! If you don't hire them, you're crazy!!

From start to finish the staff at Palate were a beacon of hope for me during my wedding planning and execution. They were continually confident and calm at every moment that I was not, which was often! Our initial tasting sold us on them immediately and our guests were just as, if not more, impressed by the quality and flavor of the food they prepared. I had several people ask me who catered the event because the food was so delicious. Equally as important, Mary and Michael helped me develop and execute my vision exactly as I wanted it and showed enthusiasm for what I was going for. They were always available for any questions I had and were happy to meet with me closer to the event to work out all the details - a tremendous stress relief for me. I would recommend them for anyone who wants fantastic food and a beautiful event that is created with flawless execution!
