I brought my adult daughter here for a girls pampering day. Everything was amazing. My pedicure chef’s kiss, then we had our nails done, Sonny did an amazing job on both our nails. I highly recommend. Oh and I drove from downtown, and will be going back!

I got my nails done today and Victor was the one who did them. At first I was a bit nervous but he did such an amazing job, out of the few times getting my nails done here, victor was my favorite. I love how much he paid attention to detail and if he made a mistake he wasn’t afraid to try again and make it even better without me having to say anything! Thank you Victor and pamper nails for my nails today, I love them! I got a basic set but the consistency of each nail is there!

Went in a couple of day ago for a pedicure to relax due to being 9 months pregnant. The lady who did my pedicure was cutting into my ingrown toe nails no one told this lady to cut it was in pain the whole time now my toe keeps leaking fluids I never had this happen to me I'm so disappointed I can even wear shoes due to the pain on both my big toes it was my first time here and last honestly the only thing that was good was the nail polish application but not even the message weren't time and I got a deluxe pedi for the price you would think you'd get longer time only a 5 min message on both feet!!! Staff is nice that's why I'm giving 2 stars

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS NAIL PLACE.. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I I got my nails done on 8/9, tech did not take her time. She rushed through my nails. She eas too busy chitchatting she did not do the polish like I wanted.!! I was going on a cruise left on 8/14 .. While on my cruise, a nail popped off and for we’re already lifting I had no cell service or any way to get in contact with nail place. I returned on 8/23 as I went to pamper Nails on 8/24 I spoke with Manager showed her my nails and all she told me was they have a three day policy and she could give me a fill with 10% off. I explained I was on a cruise and had no way of getting a hold of them and my nails only lasted a week before they started messing up. She was rude. She told me there was nothing that they could do I asked just for her to fix the nail that popped off and fix the ones that were lifted .. all she kept referring to was her three day policy she wouldn’t listen she wouldn’t help me as a customer. I spent $155 in there and she was very inconsiderate. I then told her you know just to fix the broken nail then she said she wasn’t gonna do it. She gave me $5 and told me to go somewhere else to get it done. I explained I’m visually impaired. I do not drive and I don’t have the ability to just go get my nails done. She was too busy drinking her water. She tossed the five dollars on the table and she walked away.. after spending that much money, they could have been a little more considerate and fixed my nails all she wanted to do was give me 10% off A refill set. .. then after I kept trying to explain, she gave me five dollars and told me to get it fixed somewhere else!! I placed pictures nail popped off and four were already lifting and polish was way too thick. It’s in the middle of my nail.!! Bad customer service very inconsiderate. I do not recommend this now place.!!!
