The roses I ordered online are 128 dollars! But he sent me white chrysanthemums! When I received the flowers, I immediately called Dianli for feedback, but they didn‘t answer me directly. Then I asked the courier to return it to the flower shop and told the store staff, but they didn’t give me any reply! He didn‘t send me flowers either! It’s too immoretuous! I‘m very disappointed!
I always worry when ordering flowers online. I've been burnt before with wilted bouquets that bear no resemblance to the online pictures. However, I fell behind and needed some flowers. I took a risk on this local Sunnyvale business. Gleefully surprised by the quality. The blooms were fresh, well prepped, and matched the photo. The delivery person was thoughtful and pleasant. Overall, a great experience. Thank You
Several pictures here are of the gorgeous bouquet with the request of no Lilys (got cats at home). The closeup picture was taken on day of purchase back at home. The remaining pictures are more than 1 week going by, and while you can see there's some minimal wilting, the flowers are impressively still standing in the vase! I've only ever gotten flowers from places like Costco, Safeway, etc. and I don't think I've ever seen flowers last for more than a few days. This florist shop got my bouquet done quickly, with minimal instructions (pretty shades of pinks and blues). I've held off writing this review to judge the quality of the flowers after time has past to see if they'd wilt just as fast. Im quite happy with what I paid for!
First time ordering a floral arrangement from Paola’s and extremely content! I live in Oakland and parents in Sunnyvale so I did a little Google search for florist in the area. Did some scrolling and Paola’s flowers stood out from the rest. Absolutely loved all the stunning floral arrangement options and especially the one I choose for Father’s Day. Thank you so much for delivering and for such a gorgeous arrangement! Support small owned businesses friends 100/100!
