We can’t say enough good things about Paramount 24 hour animal hospital. We had a very sick pup and they took Us in immediately. They kept us in the loop throughout Scooby's admission and surgery. And when we worried his post op recovery was not going well, they were wonderful in helping us troubleshoot what we could do. We’re happy to say Scooby is almost back to his old self.

We've come to paramount a few times for each different dogs and different reasons, as a former vet tech I'm extremely picky about where I bring my dogs. The first couple times we've seen Dr Kathryn Burns and she was so thorough and sweet, she even went above and beyond when I brought my senior dog in for euthanasia, she was still good in so many ways but had cancer in many places, she took extra measures to give us peace of mind that she was ready. When I called to book that appointment they also advised me I could come into the 24 hour location as a walk in so that I didn't feel rushed and could take my time with it. I've also brought my other dog in here after being at 2 different vets and not being satisfied with their answers. This time we didn't get to see Dr. Burns, instead we seen Dr. Macquarie she was also very thorough and gave me peace of mind that the other clinics didn't.

We just had an absolutely horrible experience with this clinic. The bottom line is that we feel as though they not only changed an exorbitant amount for the services they provided but that they tried to maximize their gain. They also refused to release our pet without the consent of the vet which we had to negotiate despite our stated desire to bring our boy home. We have never had such a poor experience with any clinic/hospital regarding the care of our pets at any point in our lives.

Came late at night to get my cat checked up on. The overnight team made my experience great. They took great care of me and my cat. The office was very clean, looked great and very comfortable seating! Would very highly recommend!
