Wanted to get an estimate for our small roofing project. Instead I was informed that my area isn't serviced (87123). Apparently if your business money is near the Kirtland Eubank entrance, it isn't good enough for them. Went with Doyle Roofing instead. EDIT: Doyle Roofing's repair ended up being about 10% less than their estimate! FYI: Their business description states they serve Albuquerque and surrounding areas. So my business is outside their Albuquerque service area, but "surrounding areas" are not. Furthermore, there was no referral on your part. Transparent? No. Why are you trying to twist my review and our conversation into something it was not. Sad
Our gutters and skylights got damaged during heavy rains. The team was quick to repair everything seamlessly, explained maintenance tips and left the property very clean. Very professional and reliable.
Paramount did my roof in 2024, metal roof. It wasn't cheap. But I trusted the Google reviews. After the roof was installed, they forgot to reinstall the mounting brackets for my gutters. Manager came out and did it himself a couple of weeks later, now the gutter doesn't drain and just holds stagnant water. They also put on the wrong size boots for all pipes going through the roof. They were too large, so they just pinched them closed and applied sealant to "glue" the boot. I had to ask them to put the right size boots on and it took several months to get someone out to do it. Later I had them install snow guards, they put them all on backwards (supposedly a foreman did the work). Then the reinstalled the right way (at least a week later after multiple texts) and just covered screws / existing holes with some sealant. A roof boot leaked a few months later. They had a subcontractor come out and squirt silicon from Walmart on it. Still leaked. Then a foreman came out and said it didn't need to be replaced, and left, even though project manager assured me it would be replaced. Not yet fixed. Honestly I'm getting tired of this company making errors, applying half-baked fixes, and waiting for me to just give up before they actually address the issue. It's a pretty big disconnect from the office staff to the actual crew who will do the work. I guess I always seem to get the ones who don't know what they're doing?
We booked Malcolm, who is also the crews Manager , as he inspected my garage roof for potential leaks due to mold because it was raining so much. Malcolm is such an amazingly respectful ,nice and highly experienced and just so friendly , Malcolm creates a memorable experience and it's not just a job it's a visit to look forward to. I highly recommend Paramount Roofing especially Malcolm if you happen to contact him when he's not so busy. -Marcus S.
These guys are extremely good at what they do! We had a problem with a flat portion of our roof, with an exterior leak coming from a bad drip edge installation. Paramount did a terrific job repairing the TPO and replacing the drip edge with the proper size. It took about half a day, and all that was promised on the original estimate was delivered on-time, and on-budget. They power washed and cleaned up afterwards.The work was *meticulous*. Big thanks to Henry and Eric who did the final work, as well as Malcom, Ernie and Danielle who helped walk us through the project!
