Had an appointment for a facial service at noon . At 12:15 went to see what the hold up was and the man at desk said she’s finishing up. At 12:35 no one has appeared to take me to the back , so asked for refund. No one is worth more than a 35 minute wait . By the time the girl on the desk figured out how to give me a refund it had been 45 minutes and still no one has come to take me back . This place has poor service and they don’t care at all . No one said sorry you wasted 45 minutes & I probably would still be waiting had I not asked for refund . Will not be back & have gone there for years
This is an update to my previous 3 star review where I had a bad experience due to poor customer service and lack of communication. I was very impressed that management reached out to me to rectify my experience. I was happy to hear that they used the situation as an opportunity to do some staff training and make sure their customer service meets high standards. I agreed to give them another chance, which was this evening. Management went out of their way to take care of me and match me with a master stylist. I have been looking for a new hair stylist and have short hair that gets cut every 6 weeks, so am a loyal customer when given good service. My daughter recommended an Aveda salon because of their well trained staff and good reputation. My experience this evening was wonderful; the staff lived up to the expected high standards. When I walked in to the Jefferson location, I was impressed with the relaxing ambiance and light fragrance of the salon. I was warmly greeted and offered a beverage of choice by the receptionist who was also delightful at check out. Then I met my stylist, Nolan, who was very engaging and easy to talk to. He was also obviously very experienced! He took some time to get to know my hair as well as what I liked and didn’t like. I asked him for his vision of what would look good on me with my very thick, straight hair. He delivered a beautiful cut, one that needs minimal maintenance and can be styled in multiple ways. I never had that in a short cut before! He gave me styling tips and explained the types of products that would work for me, but never “pushed “ Aveda products on me. They actually have an incredible selection of products for every hair type and pampering need. I did take some home and am excited to try them. I had an exceptionally lovely experience tonight and have already booked my return appointment in 6 weeks. I would highly recommend Nolan, but suspect all of their stylists are well trained. I’m very happy that I gave them a try and found a new stylist!
Kierstyn H. is amazing. She treats my daughter so great and is very skilled with her hair cutting and styling! We love her and will always be back!
Both times I have visited Paris Parker Salon I had the pleasure of being styled by Dominique. Dominique is amazing at what she does—my hair always turns out flawless! She really knows how to make you look and feel your best. On top of that, the whole experience with her is just easy and enjoyable. You can tell she cares and takes pride in her work. I always leave her chair feeling confident and refreshed.
When we showed up in a tearful panic, Jacque and Domonique stepped in and saved my wife's hairstyle faster and better than either of us ever imagined! Montana fixed my hair up in the meantime, and we both left absolutely thrilled at the expert and caring service we received. We live 3½ hours away and have already booked another appointment here for next month. That's how good it is!
