When you live out of state you never know if the arrangement that was ordered will be anything like what is delivered...never say never! What a pleasant surprise to receive a photo confirmation of the actual arrangement that was delivered. What a beautiful and cheerful arrangement! Couldn't be happier with the results; Park Florist is now our go to florist that I highly recommend - thank you for your skilled and artful results! PS...we sisters sent flowers (3 live in FL on in VA so you may see this flower arrangement more than once... such a great arrangement!) PJ
I was looking for a florist local to a friend who just had surgery. On the Park Florist website, I found a lovely floral arrangement with vibrant fuschia/ pinks and shades of orange which was so different than anything I had seen elsewhere. When I looked at the delivery availability, it wasn’t until the next day. I made a call and my request for same day delivery was accommodated and the flowers were sent mid afternoon. The person I spoke to was lovely and unfortunately I cannot remember her name at the moment. I was sent a photo of the flowers which were a perfect replication of the online photo. My friend was delighted with the flowers and I am grateful for the quality of flowers, the creativity of the arrangement, and top notch service. I don’t live in the area of Takoma Park/ Silver Spring, MD, but I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially someone desiring a unique arrangement.
GORGEOUS flowers, very reasonable prices, above-and-beyond customer service follow-up. they take a picture of every bouquet so you know what exactly will get delivered to your loved one. (attached is the image they sent me of a "thinking of you" bouquet, it was so stunning.) have already recommended them multiple times and come back myself as a repeat customer. can't recommend highly enough!
We were so thrilled with Jeanne's work for our wedding. Right after our consultation my fiancee said after hearing the kinds of questions she asked, "She's the real deal, an artist." He couldn't have been more right. We had a fall wedding, and we were going with a slightly different color palette than usual, and she excelled our expectations. I'm looking forward to seeing all the gorgeous photos. Adding one photo here featuring my unique dress and the bouquet. Couldn't recommend her more! Great communication, beautiful work.
The customer service at Park Florist is amazing! They are very friendly, attentive and detail oriented. I asked a bunch of questions and they were happy to answer. I created a custom bouquet based off of one I liked that was no longer on their website. Some of the flowers were not in bloom, but they worked with my price range and found good substitutions. Total with delivery included it was $100. My friend loved them! I will definitely use them again!
