Highly recommend Nick! It was so stressful dealing with the at fault insurer and he was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He was prompt in answering all my questions and I’m so happy to have found this place.
10/10 Experience! This was only my second time dealing with an auto repair through insurance and my first time dealing with my own insurance. Thank you to Marie Sanchez for the referral to Park Place and for facilitating everything as well as assisting in communication with Enterprise and my insurance company. Nick Deluca kept me up to date on where my car was in the process and what was going to happen next. I had extensive hail damage on my Hyundai Elantra and they were able to make it look as good as new fairly close to the insurance estimate. I only had to deal with my deductible.
I hate to write a bad review but these guys are theives! I took my truck in after I got into a fender bender going 10 mph. They tried to charge my insurance 17k$!!!! They wanted to total my truck, Nick that works there was very rude and told me my truck needs junk yard parts to be fixed.. he wouldn't even come out to see me when I picked up my truck.. They held my truck and charged me 850$ just to give my insurance a quote.. I told them that wasn't agreed upon and nick pretty much just laughed at me... I'm so angry with these foul humans. They took advantage of me in a very hard time.. I told my truck to MAACO & they are fixing it for 6,800$ Park place has crooks & theives working for them. Forced me to pay 850$!!!!
My son popped the corner of his bumper off the car and we came here to see if it could be easily shifted back into place. They took the car and fixed it within 10 minutes and didn’t charge us a thing. (It’s a 16-year-old’s car, we were looking for a band aid fix, not plastic surgery!) Nick was super helpful!! I hope I don’t ever have to have body work done but if I do I’m coming here!
I had an outstanding experience with Park Place car repair service. From start to finish, Tyler was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent about every step of the process. He diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and delivered the repair on time and at a fair price. My car is back looking perfect now, and I truly appreciate the care and attention to detail Tyler put into assisting me. It’s rare to find someone so honest in this industry—Tyler has definitely earned my trust and repeat business. Highly recommended!
