I am so glad to have found the Park Vet team. The care they have provided for my pets has been absolutely unmatched, and here is why: From the second you walk in, you are greeted with a smile from reception. Anytime I call to ask a question, request a prescription refill, or schedule a visit, the CSR team is on top of it. All of the assistants and technicians I have met have been so kind and informative. They make every visit flow so smoothly and are incredibly thorough. Jon recognizes me and my pup every time he sees us! When my senior dog began having some health issues, the diagnostics and thorough treatment plan Dr. Hanrahan provided were top notch. My sweet girl is doing fantastic, and I’m so grateful we have answers. Today, I took my spicy-ish kitty in for her first visit with Park. The team who came together to help make her blood draw a breeze (with a little help from some easy-cheese) was excellent. And, of course, Dr. Thompson is an absolute delight! There is no question that these people are here for the pets, but they are equally as good with the people. Thank you, Park!!

I’m newer to the area and decided to take my dog, Joe Pesci (see photo) here for an ear infection. They got me in right away and everyone there was so friendly and we felt right at home! Dr. Thompson was amazing and had the best bedside manner lol (wish my doctor talked to me the way she talked to Joe) she didn’t try to upsell a bunch of products I didn’t need (something I took notice of because my other vet does this a lot) I knew I wanted to leave a review but the welcome letter (see photo) sealed the deal! I loved the hand written note from her! Such a great personal touch that really makes a difference to me when choosing providers for my pets! Thank you so much! Will definitely be choosing Park Veterinary Hospital again and again! Ps- I would die for Joe too! ♥️

Generally really good and thorough care from people that love animals. They either keep great notes or always remember our pet's personalities whenever we visit, and I've always had great experiences when talking to the workers there. The only negative I've had is their hours can be pretty random with the closing for 2.5 hours on Thursdays only. It would be great if they could at least have someone working the front desk/pharmacy at those times even if they aren't taking actual patients in. We've been going there for years now, and wouldn't expect to have to check those hours considering we normally go to them during that time on other days

I am in Durham due to a medical issue for my husband (semi-long term). I started noticing symptoms/behaviors that were different in my Maltese. I researched local vets, and Park by far was most recommended. I secured an appointment and saw Dr. Carroll. She was amazing. She did blood work, sent me results with explanations and opinions, and options. We are going back tomorrow for further tests. It’s super important to have good care for your fur baby when you’re already in a very stressful medical situation with a loved one. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Carroll and the staff at Park.

Dr Crockett and staff were so my responsive to my specific needs. I needed a fast turn around for a stray cat (exams, tests, shots) that I was working hard to get adopted. They saw me within a week and were really fast to provide the needed documentation. The cat is now on its way to a forever home😻 Very grateful to all involved!
