The team arrived on time, set everything up quickly, and made sure the tent was sturdy and warm for the cold weather. The heater kept everyone comfortable, and the space looked amazing once decorated. Great communication, friendly staff, and truly reliable — they helped make the party a success! We will definitely be using them again for future events. Highly recommend! 🎉❄️
i needed rentable chairs for an event happening the very next day and partyfactor came through for me fast. even though they were close to the end of their business day, omar was extremely responsive. every time i called with questions, he answered kindly and respectfully. he processed my entire order within about 30 minutes of my initial inquiry. the pricing was very reasonable and the service was smooth from start to finish. i definitely recommend checking out partyfactor for your event needs.
We had such an amazing experience working with Omar and his team. They were super responsive, prompt, and professional. The rentals arrived prior to the event date, which was helpful so we didn’t have to stress the day of the event about when they would arrive. During the set up process, they even threw in some complimentary rental items for us. Would recommend using for any kind of event!
