Our event was large and complex but Party Hire Group's experience made it easy. With mutliple event locations and strict bump in and bump out times, the team executed with precision. We used multiple stages, marquees and furniture and all the hired equipment was in great condition and clean. Highly recommended when you need an event partner that knows what they are doing.

I hired a red carpet, chairs, and a signing table for my wedding, and the entire process was seamless. I simply provided the start and finish times, and they took care of the rest. On the day, they arrived right on schedule and set everything up exactly as discussed. I didn’t see the setup until I arrived at the venue, and I was genuinely blown away — it looked fantastic and added such a special touch to the day. Communication was excellent throughout, all handled efficiently via email. I highly recommend Party Hire Group for anyone planning an event — professional, reliable, and a pleasure to deal with!
Amazing experience. They fitted out Our venue as promised and was provided floor plan and instructions and was executed PERFECTLY.
We hired the jukebox with inbuilt karaoke and everything went really well. The karaoke machine was fantastic and tons of songs and easy to navigate through the menus. Drop off and pick up went well as well. The team was also great during set up and explained the main functions. We will definitely contact Party Hire Group Alexandria for our next event!
