David was very accommodating, quick to respond, and seems like a very genuine person. He agreed to meet in a public location and let me choose what time worked for me. Even after the crazy amount of snow that fell in the city, he allowed me extra time to return the items (which were in great condition upon renting). David at Party Pro Rentals provided amazing service and went above and beyond in a time these days when even the most basic service is rare. Our chair rental for a Christmas event required a couple of changes in scope and timing. David answered my questions in good humour, was flexible and accommodating to our changes, as well as those as a result of weather, and provided the right product for what we needed. I would rent from Party Pro again in the future and recommend David and his team highly.
David was such a pleasure to work with, he was professional, communicative, and extremely punctual. His chairs and tables were in perfect condition, and the set up came out amazing. He was really easy to work with regarding timing and was very flexible. Definitely will be back!
I had a great experience renting a basketball net, foosball table, air hockey, and 20 chairs from this company. From start to finish, the service was excellent. Communication was clear and consistent, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. Everything was delivered on time as promised, and he was very professional and punctual. He even provided backup batteries, making sure everything runs smoothly. All the equipment was in great condition and a big hit with everyone. I will definitely be booking with him again in the future and I am excited to see his services continue to expand.
