We used this location to rent electrical cord covers and heavy duty extension cords to use at our Hispanic Leagues annual FIESTA. The showroom is amazing and they have everything you can think of or need for a small or humongous event. Plates, napkins, tents, etc. the warehouse is monstrous. I had no issues picking up our rented items. I went into the main showroom and was immediately greeted by a young lady who got my paperwork. After I signed they directed me to drive to the ramp on the side of the building to pick up our items. The return was even easier as I just pulled up to the same ramp and employees immediately came up and started unloading as we counted to make sure everything was returned. We were very pleased with their service and the friendliness of all the employees.
We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Party Reflections and Michelle! From the very first inquiry to the final pickup, their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. The quality of the rentals—from the elegant chairs and tables to the stunning tableware and linens—was absolutely top-notch and brought our wedding vision to life. They worked seamlessly with our planner and venue, delivering and setting everything up on time without a hitch. Every piece was clean, stylish, and exactly as described. Guests kept commenting on how beautiful everything looked! If you're looking for reliable, high-quality rentals and amazing customer service, look no further. Janine at Party Reflects Greensboro is a peach! She makes everything seamless and ensures every experience is a good one. In this week's edition of "Oh my god, they want an event in 10 days!" Janine went out of her way to take photos of all the linen, cutlery, and glassware options she had that met my vision. She even connected me with another vendor because one of the items I needed was out of stock. Janine's customer service is a 10 out of 10 every time. Thank you, Janine, for supporting my crazy, last-minute requests with such grace. I would never use anyone else!
