Party Rental Ltd. was wonderful to work with! Everything we rented was beautiful and high-quality, and our tables came out exactly as we had hoped for our wedding day. The entire process was seamless, and their team made everything so easy. We couldn’t be happier with how it all came together!
Outdated and overpriced. Website never works right. Speaking with reps on phone is like pulling teeth. $400+ for specific of same day drop off / pick up times. Highly recommend exploring alternate providers. Sad
We worked with PRL for our wedding, and they did an incredible job. Our catering team helped to coordinate with PRL, so we could visit their in person warehouse. And from there, we ended up curating our dream tablescape with them. 10/10 would recommend!
There is no one better than Party Rental Ltd. They have been my go to partner for china, glassware etc. they service the top caterers in NYC. The best customer service
1 star is not even acceptable to give this company. Appalled at how lazy and incompetent this company is. Frustrating to work with, the company is not efficient, and they have an awful group of employees. Typically when you’re working an event with multiple different vendors, you tend to work together and be accommodating. Well, this company is NOT accommodating and they are very unprofessional. I will never recommend this company and hope to never have to work among them again. Over 10+ employees standing around in the way not being helpful says a lot about a company. Sad to see humans act in a way that this company’s employees did. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
