Not bad but still lacks a lot of party accessories. Many same items that can be found at dollarama and dollar tree were priced at a very high price, some were priced double and triple for the exact same items. We were looking for loop bags which they only have few options priced at around $10, I left and found a huge variety of loop bags at Dollar Tree priced at $2 for a package of many bags.
want to give a big big thank you to Michelle. I came here on Oct 31st, looking for a bald cap after trying 3 other stores. Michelle found some in the back and really helped me out! very friendly and helpful
Very Rude staff. I just entered the store I was looking for something and asked some sort of stuff. The person to whom I asked was about to tell me something but another staff member appeared from the back and said you need to wait and as she is checking something for the another customer. I said ok. Then she asked me what do I need ? I told I need 1 helium balloon for anniversary the same person again interrupted and said she is busy with a big order and I need to come back other part of the day for the same as there are only 2 employees today in very rude way. I really don’t know how they treat the customers like this. It is my wedding anniversary today and I really felt very bad as there was no any other customer at that time and which customer is standing in front of you, you treat the customer in this way. I don’t know the name of the person but she ruined my important day with her gesture. The employee at desk didn’t say anything, it seems like that she also felt bad the way she treated me. Really very disappointing.
My #1 go to place for Balloons!!! They have every kind of ballon you can think of and they take last minute orders. You can bring them ballons you have purchased elsewhere and pay to have them filled.
Product and price is always good. A little disappointed in the service. Came to pickup and order at the order pickup desk, quiet in the store, one other customer being looked after, other store staff walking around. Waited by the desk for 5 minutes and there was a staff member sweeping and cleaning at the back area. When she was finally done she came and served me. She was very pleasant and looked after serving me very well but I was disappointed that she chose to finish sweeping before serving me. Waiting and watching as people walked by didn’t seem like customers were first priority. Cleaning can be done as there’s an opportunity, customers should always be a priority.
